No. Your guest uses WhatsApp. You manage the work from your BuraqWA dashboard.
What can I connect?
You can connect booking calendars and WhatsApp, and add bookings manually from your dashboard.
Can I take over a conversation?
Yes. You can review conversations, reply yourself and control the automated handover.
Does a calendar include every guest detail?
No. A calendar link brings availability and blocked dates, but it does not usually include guest contact details or messages.
When will I be charged?
After your 7-day free trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
